How to Get What You Want as a Woman

My Darling! There’s this myth that power and femininity don’t belong in the same room.

That to be adored, supported, or cherished you have to stay small, agreeable, or quiet.

But let’s be honest most of us were never taught how to navigate real-world dynamics. Especially when it comes to getting what we want from men, relationships, business, or life.

So what happens? We either over-give, over-explain, or over-perform. Or we dim our light, hoping someone will finally just see our value.

What if instead, you learned how to move strategically not from manipulation, but from embodied emotional intelligence and intentional self-respect?

That’s where The 48 Laws of Power comes in. While it was written with a ruthless, cutthroat energy (mostly for men in politics and war), there’s deep wisdom there for women especially when we translate it through the lens of feminine power. Here’s how to apply it with softness, strength, and soul.

Listen to the entire episode on my podcast!

1. Never Outshine the One You’re Trying to Influence

You don’t have to shrink, but you do need to understand ego.

Whether it’s a man you’re dating, your boss, or someone you admire — let them feel important. Let them impress you. Reflect their strength back to them without denying your own. That’s not weakness. That’s mastery.

In romantic dynamics, this looks like letting a man take the lead while you lead the emotional tone of the room. You’re not less powerful you’re just strategic with where you place it.

2. Protect Your Desires. Move Quietly.

You don’t have to declare what you want from everyone. Sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can do is keep her intentions sacred.

Instead of saying, “I want a man who provides,” let your energy speak that for you.
Let your standards speak before your mouth does. Let your self-respect hint at what you’d never tolerate.

Mystery builds magnetism. Soft silence holds power.

3. Become the Most Memorable Woman in the Room

You don’t need to be loud to be unforgettable.
You need to be intentional.

The way you dress. The way you pause before you speak. The stories you tell. Your scent. Your eye contact. These things create a total energy imprint — and it’s often what people remember most.

This is what I help women shape in my 1:1 Coaching not a fake persona, but an aligned expression of the woman you already are, brought forward with clarity and magnetism.

4. Let People See What They Want — But Know Who You Are

There’s power in being what people hope you are… but having the depth to be something far more.

This isn’t faking. It’s guiding perception.
When you understand the fantasies people are drawn to elegance, softness, warmth — and reflect those qualities, you open the door to deeper influence.

But you never lose yourself in the process. You just learn how to lead the emotional dynamic of the room without shouting over it.

5. Hold Mystery Like It’s Sacred

Oversharing is not intimacy.
You don’t need to tell your life story in the first hour. Let people earn access to your world.

When you keep a little back when you let someone wonder, ask, and guess — you create space for desire to bloom.

People are drawn to what they can’t fully figure out. And that mystery doesn’t make you less authentic — it makes you enchanting.

This is something I go deep into in the Unlock Your Feminine Energy Guide how to be emotionally available without leaking your sacredness.

6. Use Compliments as Currency

Men respond to being seen.
The right compliment can unlock more generosity, care, and devotion than any demand.

Tell him you admire his decisiveness. Appreciate his effort. Compliment his leadership and do it sincerely. When a man feels safe and celebrated, he gives more.

This works in business, too. When you see people in their strengths, they relax their ego and that’s where true negotiation begins.

7. Invest in How You Look — Without Apology

You don’t need to dress for the male gaze.
But you should dress for influence.

When you walk into a room polished, intentional, and radiant, people treat you differently. They listen longer. They lean in. They remember.

This isn’t vanity it’s visual leadership.

Inside my Master Assertive Communication Course, I show you how to pair outer presence with inner conviction — so you’re not just seen, but heard, respected, and remembered.

8. Stay Soft. Stay Private. Stay Powerful.

Being high-value is not about being intimidating. It’s about being anchored.
You don’t need to be accessible to everyone. You don’t need to explain your standards. You don’t need to fix anyone.

Your softness is not a liability. It’s your leverage when paired with boundaries.

When a woman knows how to control her emotions, remain mysterious, and speak when it matters… the world starts listening differently.

Feminine Power Is Not About Control. It’s About Influence.

You don’t need to manipulate, perform, or pretend.

You just need to understand the room, know your power, and move with intention.

The 48 Laws of Power weren’t written for women — but when interpreted through feminine intelligence, they become a guide to emotional freedom, relational magnetism, and self-honoring influence.

You deserve to be adored. You deserve to receive. You deserve to walk into any room and feel like the most powerful woman there — not because you’re forcing it, but because you’ve become it.
